State Rep. Eddie Day Pashinski rallies crowd for dog license fee increase

During a press conference Monday, state Rep. Eddie Day Pashinski, D-Luzerne, called on the crowd to contact their legislators and tell them to support HB 526, a bill that would increase dog licensing fees in Pennsylvania and increase revenue for the Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement to fulfill its mission.
