2020 saw a 4 percent decrease in antisemitic incidents from 2019, according to ADL data. Despite this decrease, 2020 was still the third-highest year on record for antisemitic incidents since the ADL began recording them in 1979.
Known as International Holocaust Remembrance Day, the anniversary is honored every year with ceremonies across the globe and educational outreach efforts as the decades past, leaving few survivors to share their stories.
