An anti-incumbent election in Philadelphia?

The anti-incumbent bent in all the in-person Philly election results is wild. You see it in every distridt. So curious whether that will hold in the mail-in ballots.

My hunch is it will not. Voters today not only braved the worst pandemic in Philly since 1918 but also the worst riots since the 60s. I think the double dosage probably made them particularly anti incumbent. I think in most of these races the vast majority of the vote is mail in

I think it depends on how early or late your mail-in ballot was completed. Lots has happened in a week. I wish I could get mine back.
