It appears that, in addition to expected D wins in Allentown, much more importantly, Dems have swept Lehigh County Commissioners, knocking out two incumbent Rs, and winning the Controllers race.

Now, for my last Election Day tradition: Not sleeping.

The main takeaway from tonight? Suburbs like Democrats, and rural areas like Republicans. And the creep of those blue suburbs west into what was once rural central PA is happening. #Elex2019
Just 12 precincts left out of 306, but the two Democrats are still leading in Bucks. ~1300 vote lead for Democrat in the third commissioner slot. The much rumored Democratic sweep of the Philly suburbs looks very real. #Elex2019

Upset alert: With 21 of 24 precincts reporting, Democrats Allison Troy and Barry Kauffman are still leading incumbent Republicans Al Kling and Dave Heck in the Manheim Township commissioners race.
Troy - 28.82%
Kauffman - 27.26%
Kling - 22.78%
Heck - 21.14%

Back in the Philly burbs, Dems have officially won control of the Chester County board of commissioners. And Bucks is still to close to call but on it's way there. #Elex2019

Also to note: As Dems clean up in Philly burbs, Republicans are taking down the last vestiges of Democratic control in the southwest. For example, the GOP will now have a majority in Greene and Washington County. #Elex2019

DelCo is now all Democrats. 86 percent of the vote in and the two Chester County Democratic commissioner candidate's lead has shrank but is still holding. In Bucks, Dems have an even slimmer lead for the third seat, ~300 votes with just half in. #Elex2019
