GOP spending cuts tied to debt limit would be ‘devastating,’ Pa. Rep. Boyle warns

The GOP leader’s speech was “nothing more than a recitation of the same bad ideas and devastating cuts Republicans have been pushing — and Americans have been rejecting — for decades,” Boyle said in a statement, adding that House Republicans are “are in chaos,” at the 100-day mark of McCarthy’s speakership.
